Kerron Clement won 400m Hurdles with special circumstances, by Alfons Juck, Note by Larry Eder

Kerron Clement knew something was up, but, like the pro he is, he just kept hurdling....

CARSON (USA): At adidas Track Classic in the men“s 400 m Hurdles the eighth hurdle was set incorrectly, too close to the seventh. That means all marks including world leading 48.38 by Kerron Clement were irregular. Also to add that the surprise win for Aheza Kiros 14:56.33 at 5000 m is a world leader what makes is it still four from the meet.
