USOC, apologizes for tough stance on knitters, NPR story, note by Larry Eder

So, the USOC sends a cease and desist letter, to a knitting group that has an event called the Ravelympics, within which is an event called the afghan marathon. Our observant editor at California Track & Running News, Christine Johnson, told RBR about the USOC's actions, and then, their near apology. See link to story below:
