Summer  training will prepare you for the fall season and help you build to the track season. The cross country season is about six to ten weeks away, and if you want to do well, focus on your training now. Let me know if you have questions, email me at [email protected]

Monday: Warm up, 45-­50 minutes easy running; 5x150 yards relaxed strideouts on grass, jogging back to the start after each, no rest between; cool down.
