Training is progressive. Relax and enjoy your training. Take naps, drink lots of water. Stay away from carbonated beverages, as they slow down recovery from hard training. And always check your shoes, at least once a week. Lot easier and cheaper to replace a pair of shoes than to pay for rehad or worse, yet, surgery.

Run 35-40 minutes relaxed today, with a nice warm up and cooldown.
You might be sore from Thursday, that is okay. Just remember to hydrate yourself, and take a nap. You deserve it!
Keep the warm up slow and cooldown slow.
