Okay, this is what it is all about. Cross country racing is in full swing across North America. The major invitationals, and conference meets are happening across the US. Race well this weekend. Remember to learn from it!

Saturday: You have a major race today, so get out hard, find your position, take out one person at a time, and with 500 or so to go, begin to move hard, each 100 meters, until, with 150 meters to go, you are sprinting hard. See how many you can outkick in the last stretch! 

Then, cooldown, you have run well.
