This video was posted on SergeyBubka.com on 21 January 2015. On 28 January 2015, about 1 am in California, I received the announcement in Russian and English that Sergey Bubka was offiicially putting his name into the ring for IAAF president.

Bio: Larry Eder has had a 44 year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher and now, journalist and blogger.
