Cindy Roleder, Germany, is out of the World Championships. The 2015 World Championship bronze medalist over 100 meters, 2016 European Outdoor gold medalist at 100 meters, Cindy took fifth in the Rio Olympics. In 2017, Roleder won the 2017 European indoor Athletics championships over 60 meter hurdles, held in Belgrade, Sebia in March. Per @emenews, Cindy Roleder has an inflamation of the sciatica, a painful condition in the back that requires rest.

RunBlogRun met Cindy at the European Indoors and enjoyed our conversation. A fine athlete, we look forward to seeing her back in 2018 for the European Championships.
