RunBlogRun opines: Gong Lijao dominated the 2017 season, with the absense of Valerie Adams and the off season of Michelle Carter. Gong Lijao is a great example of the continued growth of Chinese women in the field events. Watch that level of excellence by Chinese throwers and jumpers continue to impress in 2018, 2019, 2020.
