Conversations with Larry: European Athletics Champs Day Four, Part Two: Honoring the Women's 400m hurdles, Men's 400 meters and Women's Javelin

In part two of three in the Conversations with Larry podcast, we discuss the Womens' 400 meter hurdles, Men's 400 meters, and Women's Javelin. All three events have their stories, and we could do an entire program on each, but we want to remind you of the enormity of the performances in Berlin. Lea Sprunger has been heptathlete, then sprinter and now hurdlers. Matthew Hudson-Smith has matured as a fine 400 meter runner and Christin Hussong surprised a few with her huge javelin victory, putting five meters plus between herself and the competition.

Enjoy part two of three for the RunBlogRun podcast for Day 4 of the 2018 European Athletics Championships. Special thanks to Mike Deering and the Shoe Addicts for the speed of delivery and quality of the work.
