Tuesday, August 27, 2019: 20 minute warm up run, 3 x 11/2 miles, hilly runs, 1/2 mile cooldown, 20 minute cooldown

Week 9, Summer mileage, Training week 9, the season is upon us!

Monday: 55 minute park run

Tuesday: 20 minute warm up run, 3 x 11/2 miles, hilly runs, 1/2 mile cooldown, 20 minute cooldown

Wednesday: 55 minute run, relaxed

Thursday: 70 minute fartlek, 7 x 4 minutes, with 3 minute jog, 10 minute warm up, 11 minutes cooldown

Friday: 55 minute park run, relaxed

Saturday: 50 minute easy run

Sunday: 80-85 minute long run
