Saturday, January 11, 2019 : 1 mile all comers race, warm up, cooldown

2020 RunBlogRun Spring Track & Field Training program, Week Two, Day 6

Monday: 40 minutes easy

Tuesday: Hilly run, 45 minutes, include six uphill runs of 2 minutes each, cooldown

Wednesday: 50 minute run, moderate pace,

Thursday: Fartlek, 45 minutes, 4 times 5 minutes at 5k pace, 5 minutes easy, cooldown

Friday: easy 40 minutes

Saturday: 1 mile all comers race, warm up, cooldown

Sunday: 50 minute run with friends
