1) How is your daily training routine doing and how challenging has it been for you in this environment?
“As you know, we are in such difficult time and in a new normal. So, training won’t be as usual. I am using simple exercise at home. I am sharing video of simple exercises recorded from home that can be used by youth and high school students.”
2) What advice can you give to runners, -especially youth, high school, collegiate- who are challenged during this time as well.
“Please do not shake hands and wash them frequently. Practice social distancing. Stay home, stay safe, stay healthy and stay positive. We are in this together and we should be fighting it together. We are going to get through this.”
