Tamberi to open at Stadio Olimpico
ROME (ITA): Three big names have been confirmed for the Rome Golden Gala IAAF Diamond League on 2 June: Olympic, European and world long jump champion Greg Rutherford, world 400m champion Wayde van Niekerk and world indoor high jump champion Gianmarco Tamberi. This will be Tamberi’s first competition on home soil since winning gold in Portland last month. From organisers.
