This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!

This is Episode 789 A and B  of #CoffeewithLarry, for September 10, 2025.

We arrived in Tokyo, Japan this afternoon, after 22 hours of travel (sixteen on planes, two hours on bus, five hours waiting in airports).

Coffee with Larry is sponsored by #NIKErunning for our collaboration in #Tokyo2025!

Our topics:

2. The excitement of World Championships is palpable.

3. For Track fans, the World Champs is ten days and nights of Track and Field Nirvana!

4. Check out our interview with NIKE’s Pat Richie and Natalie Kile on the #NIKEDragonFlyXC3! https://www.runblogrun.com/2025/09/for-shoe-geeks-only-clip-a-look-at-the-nike-dragonfly-xc-3.html?swcfpc=1
