Terrance Mahon speaks to RunBlogRun about his Boston Athletic Association High Performance team, and their focus on the 5,000m and 10,000m. Terrance gets it. Coaching is that combination of scientific theory and its practical applications. The Shoe Addicts captured Terrance Mahon for us, between days of racing, May 13-14, 2016 in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Meeting with Terrance after speaking with his women athletes, one is struck about how mellow Coach Mahon stays through all of the travel, training and racing.
