Three time World Half Marathon Champion, in #2014Copenhagen, #2016Cardiff and #2018Valencia!  Geoffrey Kamworer also held the world record of 58:01 for the half marathon.

Geoffrey won the World cross country three times! The ‘world series of distance running’, the World Athletics Cross-Country Champinships,  has wins in 2015 and 2017 at the senior level. In 2011, as a junior, took the World Athletics Cross-Country Championships gold as well. In 2023, Geoffrey Kamworer lead the Kenyan senior men’s team to gold.

Geoffrey Kamworer has wins at the New York City Marathon, at 2017 and 2019.

On the track, Geoffrey Kamworer earned the silver medal in the 10,000 meters, in a battle against Mo Farah in Beijing 2015.

But the biggest story for Geoffrey is his recover from a tibia fracture, a horrific injury in 2020. Geoffrey told RunBlogRun and Athletics Weekly, in this interview that he was full recovered and focused on his upcoming race at the 2026 London Marathon.

The interview on February 14, was on Geoffrey’s win, in 58:14 at the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon.
