Here are my top performances by Americans at the Rabat Diamond League, held in Rabat, Morocco, on May 31, 2026!
- Kenny Bednarek won the 200 meters in Rabat, in a fine meet record of 19.69! Watch Kenny come off the turn. He stays focused, and he actually runs through the finish!

In Rabat, Joe Kovacs threw 22.58 meters, also a new meet record. Joe Kovacs, who lost to Ryan Crouser in two Summer Olympics and three World champs, defeated Ryan Crouser, who is just beginning his season. Following Kovacs and Crouser were Jordan Geist and Roger Steen, giving the US a sweep of the top four in the Men’s shot put.

Joe Kovacs, shot put, Rabat, WL and MR, photo by Diamond League AG - Jacory Patterson won the 400 meters in Rabat in 2025. He did the exact same thing in 2026, running 44.11, a new Meet record in his win in Rabat 2026. Khaleb McRae, world indoor silver medalist, finished third in 44.40.
