The London Marathon has the finest, most competitive fields of the year. The battles, with seven to ten marathoners who believe that they can all win, and four that actually can, make for fascinating races. The presser, and this is part 2 of the Men’s elite presser, held on Thursday, April 20, 2017.
One other comment on this presser. Ghirmay Ghebrselassie, the 2015 World Champ and 2016 fourth placer in the Olympics (as well as 2016 NYC champ) is very articulate and provided great comments. Kenenisa Bekele was careful to describe his level of fitness.
