Marie-Jose Ta Lou took the silver in 60 meters in the World Indoor Birmingham on March 2, 2018. Her country woman, Murielle Ahoure, took the gold in the 60 meters, giving their country, the Cote’D’Ivoire their first two global medals at a World Indoors.
Marie-Jose Ta Lou is an exceptional athlete. She took the silver at the 100 meters and 200 meters at the World Outdoors in London, and Marie Jose Ta Lou has to be in the elite list of athletes in all global 100 meters and 200 meters.
Marie Jose is proud of being from the Ivory Coast. She also is proud of training in Africa and tells young sprinters that great athletes can come from her continent.
Marie Jose Ta Lou will win a major title someday. She has the talent, drive and faith in herself to win the big one.
