BERLIN (GER): European long jump champion Malaika Mihambo has said a jump in excess of seven metres will be necessary to win a medal at the World Championships in Doha, informs Leichtathletik.de. “The other jumpers are sure to come, then you have to see how things are going in Doha. Under seven meters, you certainly won’t get a medal. Of course, I hope that I can hold my position. If I stay healthy, I am confident that I will be able to position myself there as well. But I cannot rest on my previous achievements,” she said.
