SAVONA (ITA): Some top international names will be competing at the Giulio Ottolia Memorial in Savona on Thursday. World indoor 60m hurdles champion Andrew Pozzi competes in the 110m hurdles, former European champion Ivet Lalova-Collio from Bulgaria makes her season’s debut in the 200m and France’s Eloyse Lesueur faces European U20 champion Larissa Iapichino in the long jump. Other highlights include a 100m head-to-head featuring Filippo Tortu and Marcell Lamont Jacobs and an excellent women’s high jump which includes Alessia Trost, Erika Furlani and Elena Vallortigara. Davide Re also makes his first appearance in the 400m this year.
