Jake Wightman holds the second best 1,500m performance in British history. We interviewed Jake during the 2020 season, but post Monaco. Jake has developed into a very good 1,500m/800m runner. Our discussions were wide ranging. Jake is always a good interview.
In Clip #5, we discuss with Jake how he has developed his top end speed, which was a goal he had in 2020. Again, Jake Wightman makes it clear that there no secrets, but that the long term approach is key.
