The workout, 12x400m, is a workout many relied on as they build up their speed and strength in the springtime. As you get fitter, we will cut the jog to 300m, then, 200m, then, 100m. You will be able to handle it as you get stronger.

Sunday: 65-70 minutes moderate pace, on trails
