Bob Gourley has been involved with the hammer and weight throw since about the time of Moses. So, that means that Bob really loves the event and thanks to him, we get some very cool updates on the event!

The weight throw, and the hammer throw are two of the coolest events in our sport. They require speed, stamina, and lots of personal drive. Thanks Bob for the update!
