In a busy weekend of track, Tyson Gay ran his first race in nearly a year, running the 100 meters in 10.00. He ran this race into a headwind of -1.5, making the race event more significant.  Tyson ran out of the blocks well, albeit a bit slowly. His strength, the mid race on, showed itself once again, and Tyson Gay ran a strong first race.

In two weeks, all questions will be answered at the Olympic Trials.
