The Diamond League 2013 meeting in Monaco lived up to the hype, with seven world leaders, four Diamond League records, four meet records and a European record over 1,500 meters! The 1,500m for men and women were exciting and fast and Edwin Soi lead four men under thirteen minutes. Moscow is now, one day less than three weeks away!

The meet, in my mind, belongs to the men’s 1,500 meters. Asbel Kiprop shows his stuff with a fine 3:27.72, and Mo Farah gamely battles for second place, and breaks the 28 year old British record of Steve Cram, with Farah’s 3:28.81. Think that Mo Farah is ready for Moscow?
