This is #coffeewithLarry for Monday, May 8, 2023.
1. We are back in der Larrenhall.
2. Great visit to Doha, Qatar.
3. Fantastic opening to Diamond League.
4. Women’s pole vault was scary deep, won by Katie Moon.
5. All 8 women in 100m had run under 11 seconds, and Sha’Carrie lead the way in 10.76.

6. Fred Kerley won the 200m in the last 20 meters!
7. Fast and Furious Men’s 3000 meters won by Lamecha Girma.
8. Close one in 400m hurdles, but Rai Benjamin, just post-COVID and jet lagged, held off hard running CJ Allen, who scored PB, 47.78 to 47.93 PB.
9. Neeraj Chopra delights his fans with a big win of 88.67m, winning by just 3 centimeters!
