This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!
This is Coffee with Larry for Friday, August 16, 2024.
Omius is the official cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun
Coffee with Larry is sponsored by OMIUS, the cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun (www.omius.io).

OMIUS has created a hat, visor, and headband. The cooling pods just need to be covered with water every 30-45 minutes during your workout. It really works; I have tried it!
Sifan Hassan wore an OMIUS headband during the entire Paris Marathon when she won the Olympic marathon.

Our topics:

4. WADA has stirred up issues over Chinese swimmer’s alleged drug use, and now Senate wants WADA to send all files. This is not going to end well!

6. Jakob Ingegrigtsen, Tokyo Olympic 1,500m champion and Paris Olympic 5000m champion, and his brothers are focus of Netflix series!
See you tomorrow on Coffee with Larry !
