This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!

This is Coffee with Larry for Friday, October 25, 2024.

Coffee with Larry is our almost daily podcast on the global sport of track and field athletics.

Omius is the official cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun

Coffee with Larry is sponsored by OMIUS, the cooling technology company.

OMIUS makes hats, visors, and headbands with cooling pods, which, when moistened with water, every 30-45 minutes, keep you cool.
