The Michigan Runner is one of our partners in RunningNetwork.com and my new venture, Fortius Media Group. The Michigan Runner has Gary Morgan, a 1988 Olympian at 20k, who we affectionately call Mr. Ubiquitous, or, after his experience on Mt.Hood in 2012 (another story), Mr. Lucky.

Here is some of the special coverage that Michigan Runner has done for the Sochi Winter Olympics!

                                     MICHIGAN RUNNER SPECIAL EDITION

A GLSP  SERIES –  RUN UP TO THE  SOCHI WINTER OLYMPIC  GAMES

__/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/__/ __/__/ __/ __/ __/__/ __/__/ __/ __/ __/__/ __/__/

We  just wrapped  up our Sochi preview shows and are now looking to bringing our audience the stories at Sochi.  Gary Morgan, AKA Mr. Ubiquitous, will  soon be reporting  back from the games. He arrives in Sochithis Tuesday. As an Olympian, (Race Walker in Seoul Summer Games), Morgan has easy access to our country’s participants.  We look forward to bringing you that coverage.

We love covering Olympic events, as they bring us substantial  traffic. In the past seven years,  our Olympic themed shows have attracted nearly a million viewers to our Michigan Runner and Running Network channels.

Our journey started in Michigan, last March,  with visits to the Otsego Club, Boyne Mountain, Nubs Nob and Treetops.  We went a tad over budget when we shot a Sochi Preview show in Moscow’s Red Square and then later in the fall did a number of shows in  New York City’s Times Square.

We have four new shows in our Run Up to the Sochi Winter Olympic Games  series.
Olympic Host Cities: Vancouver, Torino, Calgary,  St. Moritz, Albertsville, Atlanta and Salt Lake City are discussed.
