Kipsang for NYC Marathon
NEW YORK (USA): Marathon world record holder Wilson Kipsang will run the New York Marathon on November 2, report foksport.nl. The 32 year old Kenyan, who ran the world record of 2:03:23 last year in Berlin, will prepare for the marathon with a half marathon race in Austria on August 24. Kipsang won the very competitive London Marathon in April, clocking 2:04:29, the fastest marathon in the world this year.

Editor’s Note: Wilson Kipsang will be bringing his racing savvy to New York City once again with the 2014 NYC Marathon. Wilson won the 2014 London Marathon in style and with a course record. What can he do in New York?

Anouk Vetter, is out of the heptathlon. We just heard that Anouk, WC silver medalist and in fifth in the heptathlon is having trouble with her Achilles, making it terribly tough to throw the javelin.... Photo: #Munich2022, #BackToTheRoofs
