(Editor's note: Shannon Rowbury opens with a pretty cool double. Her 2014 was a fantastic year, with PBs at 1,500m, 3,000m, Two Miles, and 5,000 meters!

She has shown her basic fitness for 2015, and it's pretty impressive. Nice run by Matt Centrowitz, with his double 1000m and mile wins.)
