Jessica Ennis-Hill used her experience and fitnes to weather the seven storms of the heptathlon. When two of her competitors faltered, she was able to keep her mistakes at a minimum and move up the heptathlon food chain. Her win here made Jessie Ennis Hill and her coach, Toni Minichielo, quite happy.
With her focus now on Rio 2016, and her return to London and her husband and baby, Reggie, complete, she can rest up and then, in October, begin the buildup.
