Bolt confirms last race in Jamaica
KINGSTON (JAM): Usain Bolt's last race in Jamaica will be at the 2017 Racers Grand Prix in Kingston (provisional date June 10), informs NBC Olympics. This means Bolt will almost certainly miss the Jamaican Championships as the Racers Grand Prix is scheduled earlier in the season. Bolt will receive wildcards to compete at the 2017 World Championships by virtue of the fact he is the reigning champion in both sprint events. He also said he would retire after the London World Championships.

RunBlogRun opines: Bolt is both phenomenon and conundrum. In his vigor, in his attitude, in his athleticism, Usain Bolt has captured the hearts and minds of the globe. First, it was track fans, then, young sports fans, now, Everyone loves Usain. Usain Bolt has entertained sports fans with his racing and his post race show across the globe.

What happens after he retires? Where does the new Usain Bolt come from?

Great question.

Watch us discuss this over the next few months.
