Meb to end his marathon career in the Big Apple in 2017

NEW YORK (USA): Former winner Meb Keflezighi will retire at next year’s edition of the New York Marathon. “So HAPPY to announce that I’ll conclude my marathon career at the 2017 @nycmarathon,” he said on Twitter. Keflezighi also looks set to race the Boston Marathon as well next April in his farewell season.

From his brilliant silver medal in the heat and humidy of Athens in 2004, to his amazing win in NYC in 2009.
