MOSCOW (RUS, Feb 21): Two unofficial world leads were achieved during third and last day of Russian indoor championships. Reigning world champion Mariya Kuchina cleared in first attempt 203 (personal best and meet record) in women high jump and did not continue afterwards. Second heptathlete Kristina Korolyova, third 19-year-old Nataliya Aksenova (indoor PB) and fourth former World champion Svetlana Shkolina went over 191. Triple jump European U23 bronze medallist Artyom Primak improved his PB by 25cm as winner of men long jump with 821 (meet record also). Silver and bronze medallists Fyodor Kiselkov (21) and Maksim Kolesnikov achieved over 8m for the first time in their careers 811 and 801 respectively. Irina Gumenyuk won women triple jump with 14.02m, only two centimetres ahead of Viktoriya Prokopenko (14.00 indoor PB). Anna Krylova (13.83m) was third. Reigning 3000m European indoor champion Yelena Korobkina clocked 4:11.57 over 1500m ahead of Anna Shchagina 4:11.96 and Anastasiya Kalina 4:11.98. Good quality 3:39.51 win by Vladimir Nikitin in the 1500 m. In the 5000 m Rybakov twins ruled, Anatoliy won 13:47.90 over Yevgeniy 13:48.30. Women winner Natalya Leontyeva was timed with 15:51.55.
