DES MOINES (USA): The Drake Relays are offering top clashes and 70 Olympians competing in the Rio Olympics rematches this weekend on Friday and Saturday. Usual duel Kirani James vs LaShawn Merritt in the men 400 m, high hurdles will have Omar McLeod against Aries Merritt and David Oliver with Briton Andy Pozzi. World record holder Kendra Harrison runs the 100 m hurdles with two olympic medalists Kristi Castlin and Nia Ali. Olympic 800 m medalist Clayton Murphy is in the 1500 m, Jenny Simpson in women 1500 m. Ashley Spencer is the top name in women 400 m hurdles, in menÂ´s Bershawn Jackson and Javier Culson. Stars of technical events are Olympic winners Derek Drouin in high jump, Christian Taylor in triple jump, Brittney Reese in long jump, also other olympic medalists in pole vault Sandi Morris with Sam Kendricks.
