During the first two weeks of July, I was able to see Keni Harrison, Wayde Van Niekerk, Mariya Lasitskene, Renuad Lavillenie and Thomas Rohler compete. Unfortunately, I had to miss Monaco DL due to a family issue. Monaco is magical, and the meet, the fans, the athletes all get it. Competing on a Friday night in Monaco, at the Stade Louis II on a perfect mid July summer evening in the Meditteranean is life changing. In the years that I have attended, the last hour of the Herculis Meeting is almost too much for the senses! One great event after another.
