Ryan Hall made the cover of California Track & Running News when he was a mere tyke, or, well, a senior in high school. His college career was highlighted by an NCAA title over 5000 meters, and meeting his wife to be, Sara Hall.

For nearly a decade, Ryan Hall and Sarah Hall travelled around the world, racing. That ended a few years ago, when Ryan Hall just decided it was time to call if a career. Sarah Hall has been racing on the roads the past few years, with increasing success. In the big race, though, the marathon, Sarah Hall has improvements to make, which Ryan Hall is convinced that she will do.
Here is a video interview with Ryan Hall on the care and coaching of an athlete, especially if she is your wife, and also, your daughter’s team mates on the local cross country team.
Biggest change in Ryan Hall is that he is happy. He is relaxed, not as pressured as before, and did I say it? He is at peace. His workouts are fascinating and his approach to coaching Sarah Hall seems straight on.
Enjoy the video, and good luck to Sarah Hall this weekend!
