Centrowitz for Australia
PORTLAND (USA): Matthew Centrowitz will not defend his World Indoor title from Portland this year in Birmingham in the 1500 m. He will not compete in the indoor season but will run in Australia. Informs his agent Ricky Simms. Centrowitz will spend one month in Australia. As Flotrack points out fellow 1500m runner Nick Willis announced that he would also be skipping the World Indoor Championships to compete in Australia. Willis is still running before outdoors the Wanamaker Mile at the Millrose Games on February 3rd.
