TIGNES (FRA, Jan 11): World record holder Renaud Lavillenie started his season with a 581 win at a special pole vault meet in Tignes. The star vaulter went through the event in top style. He managed all heights (544, 564, 571 and 581) in first attempt. After that he had three attempts at 591. It his best start into the indoor season since 2014. Second Kevin Menaldo cleared 554 and third U20 jumper Thibaut Collet with 544 PB.
