The Drake Relays in 2018 will feature an explosive 100 meter field, with Andre De Grasse, 2016 Olympic silver medalist at 200 meters, and Olympic bronze medalist at the 100 meters and 4×100 meters. In the shot put, Drake has the Olympic champion Ryan Crouser and the World Indoor, Outdoor and now, Commonwealth shot put champion Tom Walsh. In the 100 meter hurdles, Keni Harrison, WR holder at 100 meter hurdles, and World Indoor Champion at 60 meter hurdles will take on all in the 100 meter hurdles. Oh, and the men’s shot put, a battle of the titans!

Meet week! Drake Relays this Saturday 4/28 I’m excited to open up, here’s an easy throw from today’s session. Lots of throws at about 60% effort working on getting that feeling back. #athletics #nike #nikeathlete #strength #shotput #throwing #trackandfield

And finally, Jenny Simpson, who has won serious hardware over 1,500 meters (2011-gold in Daegu 1,500 meters, 2013, silver in Moscow 1500 meters, bronze in Rio 2016 1,500 meters and in London, a stupendous silver in the 1,500 meters in 2017, perhaps her finest medal of all), will go for the American record at 2 miles!

KENYA MY MOTHERLAND!!
As we go to exercise our democratic rights tomorrow as Kenyans lets do it in peace and remember that elections come and go.
Remember Your vote is precious. It is the most ...powerful non-violent tool we have in a democratic society, and you have to use it.
