HENGELO (NED): World 200m champion Dafne Schippers will compete in the FBK Games in Hengelo (IAAF World Challenge) on June 3, nos.nl reports. Meanwhile, organisers of the 37th editions promised changes this year, including fewer disciples but more of a spectacle and more battles. The event for Schippers will be the 200 m.
RunBlogRun opines: FBK Games is one of my favorite meets. I love Hengelo and I love the stadium too. The meet has some big races and it is where I saw the last 10,000 meters ever run by Haile Gebrselassie. It is one of the special meets on the circuilt. Watching Dafne in front of her major fans would be a lot of fun.
