GAINESVILLE (USA, Mar 31): Final day of Florida Relays saw men´s 4×400 m World lead. Florida got 3:01.00 (Fasasi, Holloway, Sawyers and Vedel). In the invitational one Pure Athletics (Verburg, N. Lyles, McQuay and J. Lyles) achieved 3:03.00 over USA Blue 3:03.44 and USA White (with L. Merritt on 2nd leg) 3:03.69. In women 4×400 m Kentucky (Ross, Camacho-Quinn, McLaughlin, Clarke) achieved 3:26.92 over Purdue 3:28.52, in the Invitational race USA Red 3:27.07 (Jefferson, Beard, Wimbley, Seymour). In the 4×100 m Dominican Republic in 38.89 beat USA Red (Gatlin, Spearmon, M. Mitchell, Atkins) 38.96 and USA White (I. Young, J. Walker, Friday, Belcher) also 38.96. Interesting 6th Netherlands 39.17. In women 4×100 m Kentucky 43.13 over Miami 43.76 and USA Red 43.76. Also Tray Oates cleared life-time best 566 in the pole vault, Austin Droogsma 20.32 PB in shot put and Czech Marek Barta 61.13 in discus.
