The Reebok Boston 10K for Women is one of the most iconic events in the country. Formerly the Bonne Bell and Tufts 10k for Wromen, this race is one of the most important and one of the largest women's 10ks in the county. It is also nice to see Reebok, a long time running brand, which is returning to the sport, with fine product, two elite running clubs, and sponsoship of events such was the Reebok Boston 10K for Women. With 61 percent of new runners being women, this is a smart move for any brand that sees running as a key channel.

Reebok Boston 10K for Women Media Information and Event Schedule

The 42nd Running of the All-Women's Race Returns to Boston Common on October 8.

BOSTON - Conventures, Inc. today announced its schedule of events and prize money structure for the 2018 Reebok Boston 10K for Women. Formerly known as the Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women, New England's largest all-women's race returns to Boston Common on October 8 with its new title sponsor, an expanded schedule of events, and the flat and fast course that generations of women have grown to love.

The 6.2-mile course brings thousands of women through Boston's Back Bay and into Cambridge, where they're awarded with sweeping views of the Charles River, autumn foliage, and the Boston skyline. Runners return into Boston over the Massachusetts Avenue bridge, turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue, and finish on Charles Street between the public garden and Boston Common.

The race has played host to several US championships, and multiple US records have been set on its course. The race begins at its traditional start time of 12:00 p.m. on Columbus Day, and race registration remains open at www.boston10kforwomen.com.

With deep roots in Boston, and a long-standing commitment to women and to running, Reebok is proud to become the title sponsorship of the region's largest all-women's road race. An expanded schedule of events, a new bib-pick up experience, and an interactive race day activation are among the new elements Reebok brings to the race.
