The coaching staff at HOKA ONE ONE’s NJNYTC spoke with us on a series of coaching challenges for young coaches. Frank Gagliano, John Trautmann and Tom Nohilly gave us their time and insights in 34 videos. We are reposting all of them as new coaches had asked about them, but wanted them in an easy to archive form. We will post the videos five at a time. These videos are focused on cross country and distance video.

Special thanks to The Shoe Addicts and the coaching staff of HOKA ONE ONE NJNYTC.
