The Bowerman TC was busy on both coasts this past weekend. In Boston, Josh Thompson was quite busy, while Evan Jager was opening in Seattle with a 3:56.50 mile. Josh was running a WL 1,500m in Boston!

BOSTON (USA, Feb 1): World leading men 1500 m at Scarlet and White Invitational as US Josh Thompson clocked 3:37.21 in his first ever race at the distance indoors over Abraham Alvarado 3:37.28 PB and Ireland´s Andrew Coscoran with huge PB, first time under 3:40 with 3:37.98. Cory McGee won women 1500 m in fast 4:04.75 indoor PB. In the 5000 m Emily Lipari 15:07.44 World lead and overall PB beating Kenyan Sharon Lokedi 15:13.04 overall PB and South African Dominique Scott 15:20.84 national record. In the men´s 3000 m Willy Fink 7:44.21 PB beat Kieran Tuntivate 7:49.15 big national record for Thailand and Briton Jamaine Coleman 7:52.32 big PB for steeple specialist. Josh Hoey won the 800 m in 1:47.26 and in the 200 m wins for Joseph Amoah of Ghana 20.75 national record and Savyon Toombs 23.23.
