Friday: Fartlek, 50 minutes, 5 x 5:00 minutes hard, 5 minutes easy, pace is 5k race pace, gentle cool down
Saturday: Easy 50 minutes, 6 x 150 m strideouts
Sunday: Long runs, 75-80 minutes.
