I have been lucky enough to know Lance since 2012. I have found him to be a man who combines the art and science of coaching. He is a man not prone to, well hyperbole (my Dad would have said, “Lance is a no b.s. kind of guy”). Lance is a technical coach, the man can break down the 100m, the 200m, the 400m, and the long jump, among other events, into basic movements, and help the athlete improve the game.

Most importantly, Lance Brauman is a man of integrity. His life experiences have shaped into the man, the coach, the father, the husband he is today.
