Lance Brauman is the coach at PURE Athletics. Among his athletes, Lance coaches Noah Lyles and Josephus Lyles. In this clip # 5, Lance speaks about how Noah Lyles took gold in Doha, in the 200m win (he also anchored the 4x100m in Doha, taking a second gold).

Lance Brauman is an elite coach. He understands the physical, mental and nutritional needs of an elite athlete. Brauman combines the scientific knowledge and its practical application when he coaches. In my mind, a coach such as Lance Brauman also understands and appreciates the bespoke needs of the individual athlete.
